Cancellations
We have reserved your appointment time, therefore we request that you provide us with a minimum of 12 hours notice to change or cancel your appointments. Changes made within 12 hours will be subject to a charge of 50%.

Minimum Age
Our Spa environment is not appropriate or safe for children. We thank you for understanding.

Customer Service
Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make your time at Derm Essentials more relaxing. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied, please see the Spa Manager.

Product Return Policy
We regret we cannot exchange or refund products that have been used or opened.

Payment of Services
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Interac, personal cheques and cash. $25 charge on all NSF cheques.

All prices are subject to change without notice.

Consultations
All consultations are complimentary with the exception of sclerotherapy. Referrals not necessary.

Cell Phones
As our guests are here to escape, we kindly ask that you please turn off cell phones and pagers.

Smoking
Out of respect for others, our spa is smoke-free.

Available for any service or dollar amount.

Hours of operation
Derm Essentials Medispa is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 9 am to 5 pm and on Thursdays from 9-8 pm.
